  • Our expert craftsmen require around 2 months to create your unique piece.
What are your delivery and installation charges?
  • At Casa Concetto, we offer free delivery and installation!
Can I change my delivery date/timing?
  • Of course, kindly provide your invoice number, and our customer service team will assist you.
Any warranty?
  • We offer warranties for our sofas:
    • Frame Structure: 10 Years Warranty
    • Mechanism, Motor: 5 Years Warranty
    • Leather, Fabric: 3 Years Warranty
    There is a defect in my product
    • Please provide your invoice number, and our customer service team will attend to you within 2-3 working days.

      • Our Customer Experience Team at the showroom will be happy to advise you on styling while you feel the actual product.
      Will you dispose of my existing furniture?
      • We don't provide furniture disposal services, but we can advise on the best disposal method for your residence. If needed, we can move your old furniture to the corridor for a fee.
      Where is your furniture from?
      • Our Casa Concetto Bespoke designs are directly imported from Italy.
