Casa Concetto warrants that all our furniture are free from defective materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery and are defined in the table below.

If during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, Casa Concetto will repair or replace part(s), at Casa Concetto sole discretion. This Warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product or part of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used.

Bed Frames 3 Year Warranty Frame Structural defects. Eg. Frame collapse under normal usage
10 -15 Years Warranty
Eg. Spring Collapse or damages resulting from normal wear and tear.
Warranty covers should the mattress sink more than 4cm.

Different mattress models have different warranty periods, directly provided by the respective manufacturers.

10 Year Warranty excluding:
• Mattress fabric (including stains, burns, pilling, or loose covers)
• Normal body indentations
• Issues relating to comfort choice, i.e. the mattress is too firm or too soft.
Comfort is subjective to the individual and is not considered a manufacturing fault.

The Warranty covers the manufacturing & distribution defects detected within the warranty period, which excludes the cost of material components, replacement parts, labour and transportation charges.

Used inappropriately, abused, or misused
Cleaned with wrong cleaning methods or products
Damaged due to normal wear and tear
Damaged due to any impacts or accidents
Damages due to pest infestations
Placed at outdoors on in humid environment
Transferred from Customer to another party
Altered without authorization by Casa Concetto
Exported out of Singapore
Display product(s) or product designated as “AS IS’’ or known as display sets at the time of purchase

How to claim ?
If a problem should arise for your purchased product, please contact us at support@casaconcettohelp.zendesk.com with photos, a description of the problem and order number.

What will we do to rectify the defects, damages?
We will examine the product and decide, at our sole discretion, if the product is eligible for the warranty. If eligible, our Service Team will offer to;

  • Repair or refurbish the defective parts or components.
  • 1 to 1 exchange if beyond repair
  • 1 to 1 exchange with an alternative product, if we no longer carry a similar product
