Delivery / Shipping Policy

Please note that we only deliver to addresses in Singapore.

Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your Products are dispatched and delivered within the estimated timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting the manufacturer of the Product or our delivery partners. If we are unable to meet the estimated dispatch or delivery date, we will contact you with a revised estimated date.

Your delivery will be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you gave us. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note with information about how to rearrange delivery. If you have not accepted delivery after three attempts by us, we may treat the contract as having been cancelled by you.

Standard Delivery Schedules are from Mondays - Saturdays excluded Sundays and Public Holiday (PH).

Standard Delivery Timings range between 9am to 6pm depending on the delivery area.

You will receive an automated SMS notification in 1 working days before your scheduled delivery date to confirm your delivery time.

The Products will be your responsibility from the time that you (or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you) take physical possession of the Products.


CHANGE OF DELIVERY DATE
Please call our customer hotline at +6531384896 or send a request via our Support Form at least 5 business days before your delivery date.

DISPOSAL SERVICE
We will be happy to dispose of your items at a chargeable fee when you purchase a product with Casa Concetto. Please note that the disposal only applies for the same category of product that you purchase with us.

For eg: If you bought a dining set from Casa Concetto, we will be able to dispose of your old dining set at a chargeable fee.

You can request for disposal service by contacting us via call at 8804 0105 To confirm the disposal service, Customers will be required to make full payment of the disposal fee. Please contact us 3 working days before the delivery date to allow us to make arrangements for disposal service.

*However, here’s a Pro tip! If you are staying in a HDB estate, your nearest town council provides a complimentary disposal service for all residents. For more information, kindly contact your respective town council to arrange in advance.

Casa Concetto reserves the right to reject disposal items in any of the following situations:
  • Item cannot fit into the lift
  • Item is found to be infested with termites, bed bugs or any other living organisms
